Headquartered in Fribourg, Switzerland, and wholly owned by Louis Comans, the company is licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), Broker Registration No. 38 523.

Established in May 2026, ALP Insurance Services (DIFC) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of ALP Brokers SA operating within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The company is authorised and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to undertake Insurance Intermediation and Insurance Management activities.

Serving as the Group's Middle East platform, ALP Insurance Services specialises in reinsurance intermediation, structured insurance programmes, alternative and innovative risk transfer solutions, specialty insurance and reinsurance products, and technical advisory services.

As part of its continued international expansion, the ALP Group has acquired a significant shareholding in Fortress Risk Advisory, which has been rebranded as ALP Risk Advisory Limited.

Through its strategic agreement with Independent Broking Solutions, ALP Risk Advisory provides the Group with direct access to the London insurance market, including Lloyd's, together with wider European and international insurance and reinsurance markets.

This capability significantly strengthens the Group's ability to place complex and specialty risks directly into international markets while complementing – rather than competing with – ALP's established relationships with leading global insurance brokers, including Marsh, and other specialist market participants.

The Group's principal geographic focus, connecting local insurers and corporate clients across Central Asia and the Caucasus with international underwriting expertise and global reinsurance capacity.
